Terms for using Nirog Bhumi services.
These terms explain the responsibilities that apply when you book a consultation, join a program, use our educational materials or purchase a Nirog Bhumi service. Please read them before submitting a form or making a payment.
1. Scope of services
Nirog Bhumi provides lifestyle education, consultations, structured programs, habit support, yoga and natural-health guidance. These services do not constitute emergency care, diagnosis, prescription or replacement for a treating physician.
2. Health and medication responsibility
You must provide accurate information about your health, medicines, insulin, reports, pregnancy, surgery, injuries and relevant conditions. Medicines or insulin must not be started, stopped or changed without approval from your treating doctor.
3. Eligibility and safe participation
Some practices may require modification or medical clearance. Nirog Bhumi may pause or decline a service where the available information indicates that specialised or urgent medical care is more appropriate.
4. Consultations and bookings
A consultation is confirmed only after required information and payment are received and a time is agreed. Participants should attend on time and keep relevant reports and medication details ready.
5. Programs and participation
Program outcomes depend on individual health, consistency, participation and many factors outside Nirog Bhumi’s control. Access may be paused where participation creates a safety concern or where community conduct is disruptive.
6. Payments, cancellations and refunds
Prices, taxes and payment terms are shown before confirmation. Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility depend on the service stage, work already delivered and any policy displayed at the time of booking.
7. Educational and digital materials
Videos, recordings, routines, worksheets, articles and other program resources are licensed for personal use only. They may not be copied, recorded, republished, resold, shared publicly or used to train others without written permission.
8. Communication and privacy
By submitting a form, you authorise communication necessary to respond, deliver the requested service and provide operational updates. Optional promotional communication requires the relevant consent and can be withdrawn.
9. Results and limitations
No cure, remission, medicine reduction, weight change or other outcome is guaranteed. Testimonials and educational examples do not predict an individual result. Emergency symptoms require immediate medical care.
10. Changes, law and contact
Nirog Bhumi may update services or these terms as operations and legal requirements evolve. These terms are governed by applicable Indian law and subject to Jaipur, Rajasthan jurisdiction. Questions may be sent to priyanshu@nirogbhumi.com.
