Nirog Bhumi

Founder's story

A personal journey into natural healing.

Gautam Khandelwal's path to Nirog Bhumi began with his own health struggles, a life-changing meeting with his guru, and more than two decades of learning how disciplined natural living can reshape health.

A food-loving childhood

Born into a family where food was central to daily life, Gautam grew up without much food discipline. Sweets, bread, cheese and eggs were favourites, and overeating became normal. Dental problems appeared early, followed later by recurring digestive discomfort.

02Around age 25

When health demanded attention

By his mid-twenties, the onset of various health problems made it impossible to ignore the effects of his lifestyle. A stay at a nature cure hospital became the turning point that changed the direction of his life.

03The turning point

Meeting his guru

At the hospital, Gautam met the teacher who would shape his understanding of naturopathy. What began as treatment became a philosophy: naturopathy was not simply about responding to disease, but essentially the art of living and a way of life.

04Two decades

Learning discipline slowly

The ideas were simple, but living them consistently was not easy. Over nearly two decades, Gautam learned, experimented, unlearned old habits and steadily rebuilt his relationship with food, fasting, rest and daily rhythm.

05Practice and service

From personal experience to helping others

As the practices became part of his life, Gautam began supporting others with structured natural-health guidance. Their progress strengthened his conviction that people need practical education, close support and the discipline to change the conditions behind chronic illness.

06Today

The purpose behind Nirog Bhumi

Nirog Bhumi carries this journey forward: making natural healing clearer, more accessible and easier to practise at home, while at the same time keeping diabetes reversal measurable, responsible and connected with appropriate medical supervision.

This page shares the founder's personal journey and philosophy. It is not medical advice or a guarantee of outcomes. Fasting, dietary changes and changes to diabetes treatment should be undertaken with appropriate professional guidance.
