Terms for using Nirog Bhumi services.

This document is an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made thereunder, as applicable. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signature. By accessing, browsing, registering on, purchasing from or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all policies displayed on the Platform. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

Nirog Bhumi is a wellness and lifestyle platform focused on helping individuals reverse diabetes through natural and sustainable lifestyle interventions. Our approach may include yoga, naturopathy, Ayurveda-inspired practices, acupressure, meditation, nutrition, habit tracking, community support and lifestyle education. We may offer online consultations, structured programs designed for diabetes reversal, yoga programs, educational material, and digital tools and habit tracking.

Nirog Bhumi does not provide emergency care, medical diagnosis, prescription, surgical care, hospital treatment or replacement for a qualified medical practitioner. Our consultations, programs, content and guidance are intended to support general wellness, lifestyle transformation, metabolic health improvement and habit change, all designed to support diabetes reversal. They should not be treated as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. If you are currently taking medicines, insulin or any glucose-lowering drug, you must consult your treating doctor before making any change to your medicine, diet, activity, fasting routine, supplements, herbs or lifestyle practices.

By using the Platform, you confirm that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law; the information provided by you is true, accurate, complete and updated; you are using the Platform for lawful purposes; and if you use the Platform on behalf of another person, including a family member or dependent, you have the authority and consent to do so. If the user is a minor, the Platform may be used only with the involvement and consent of a parent or lawful guardian.

You agree to provide accurate and complete information while booking a consultation, joining a program, registering for a service or communicating with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials, account access, communication links or program access shared with you, and for all activities carried out through your account or registered contact details. Nirog Bhumi shall not be liable for any loss arising from inaccurate information, incomplete health disclosures, unauthorized account access or failure to update relevant details.

You may be asked to share health-related information such as diabetes history, blood sugar readings, HbA1c, medication details, weight, blood pressure, sleep, stress, food habits, activity levels, medical history, reports or other relevant information. You agree that such information must be accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge. Failure to disclose relevant health information may affect the suitability or safety of any guidance or program.

Nirog Bhumi does not guarantee diabetes reversal, remission, cure, reduction of medicines, weight loss, HbA1c reduction, improvement in blood sugar, improvement in symptoms or any specific health outcome. Results vary from person to person depending on several factors, including medical history, duration of diabetes, medication status, weight, insulin resistance, sleep, stress, food habits, adherence, physical activity, age, complications and medical supervision. Any testimonials, success stories or examples shown on the Platform are illustrative and do not guarantee similar outcomes for others.

Consultations are intended to understand your lifestyle, diabetes history, food habits, sleep, stress, medication context and readiness for change. A consultation may provide general guidance and immediate lifestyle suggestions, but it does not replace medical consultation with a qualified physician. Nirog Bhumi may recommend that you speak to your treating doctor before starting any program, changing diet, increasing physical activity, or making any medication-related decision.

Our programs and yoga sessions may include movement, yogic asanas, breathing practices, meditation, relaxation, lifestyle routines, food guidance, habit tracking, community support and educational material. Not every practice is suitable for every person. People with heart disease, uncontrolled blood pressure, kidney disease, liver disease, pregnancy, recent surgery, advanced diabetes complications, severe weakness, eye conditions, neuropathy, foot ulcers, hypoglycemia risk, severe obesity, musculoskeletal issues or any other medical condition must consult their doctor before participating. You agree to participate within your own capacity and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, breathlessness, faintness, chest discomfort, severe weakness or any concerning symptom.

All prices listed on the Platform are in Indian Rupees unless otherwise stated. Prices may include or exclude taxes, convenience fees or other charges as displayed at the time of purchase. You agree to pay all charges associated with the services, subscriptions, consultations, programs or orders selected by you. Payments may be processed through third-party payment gateways, UPI, cards, net banking, wallets or other payment methods enabled on the Platform, subject to the terms and policies of the respective payment service provider. Nirog Bhumi does not ask for your card PIN, UPI PIN, net banking password, OTP or sensitive banking credentials. Do not share such information with anyone claiming to represent Nirog Bhumi.

Placing an order or making a payment does not automatically guarantee acceptance of the order. We reserve the right to cancel or reject any order due to slot unavailability, payment failure, pricing error, suspected fraud, technical error, regulatory restriction or any other valid reason. If payment has been received for an order that is cancelled by us, the eligible amount will be refunded as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

By using the Platform, making a booking, placing an order, joining a program, submitting a form or contacting us, you consent to receive communications from Nirog Bhumi through phone, SMS, WhatsApp, email, app notifications or other channels for service delivery, reminders, order updates, consultation updates, program updates, support, feedback, educational content and lawful marketing. You may opt out of promotional communications by writing to us; however, service-related and transaction-related communications may continue where necessary.

You agree not to: use the Platform for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, misleading or abusive purposes; upload false, incomplete or misleading information; misuse consultation, program or community access; share paid content, recordings, documents, links, passwords or program material with unauthorized persons; copy, reproduce, sell, distribute or commercially exploit Nirog Bhumi content without permission; interfere with the Platform's security, functionality or operation; harass, abuse, threaten or harm Nirog Bhumi team members, coaches, sellers, partners or other users; post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, illegal, infringing or harmful; or misrepresent your identity, health condition or purchase intention.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, design, layout, images, videos, logos, program material, educational content, trackers, worksheets, frameworks, names, branding, software and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Nirog Bhumi. You may use the content only for your personal and non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publish, upload, transmit or create derivative works without prior written permission from Nirog Bhumi.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, logistics providers, sellers, tools, videos, articles or services, provided for convenience, reference or service delivery. Once you access a third-party website or service, you may be governed by the terms and privacy policies of that third party. Nirog Bhumi is not responsible for the practices, policies, content or actions of third-party websites or service providers.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nirog Bhumi, its directors, employees, consultants, advisors, coaches, affiliates, sellers, partners and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive loss arising out of your use of the Platform, services, programs, content or guidance. This includes, but is not limited to, health outcomes, adverse reactions, incorrect information provided by you, delay in medical care, reliance on educational material, technical errors, payment failures, shipping delays, seller defaults or third-party service issues. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nirog Bhumi, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, coaches, affiliates, sellers, partners and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, cost, penalty or expense arising out of your breach of these Terms or any policy; your misuse of the Platform; incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by you; your violation of applicable law; your violation of third-party rights; your failure to seek appropriate medical advice; or your unauthorized sharing or misuse of Nirog Bhumi content or program material.

Nirog Bhumi shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, strikes, transport disruption, internet failure, payment gateway failure, technical breakdown, government action, war, civil disturbance, courier delays, supply shortages or other force majeure events.

Nirog Bhumi may update these Terms and policies from time to time. Changes will be posted on the Platform and will be effective from the date of posting unless stated otherwise. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes means that you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, services, programs, payments or transactions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
