Calm the nervous system, build awareness, prepare the body

Community Support
Every participant is placed in a small group of five. While your care team provides guidance throughout, much of the program's strength comes from the participants themselves - small groups create the kind of intimacy, trust, and peer support that's hard to find when going through a transformation alone. They also make accountability far easier: in a group of five, your presence (or absence) is noticed, progress is shared, and encouragement flows naturally between participants. Weekly check-ins with your care team add structure on top of this peer foundation.

Tracking progress
Daily time commitment: around 1 hour 15 minutes a day covering yoga, meditation, naturopathy and acupressure practices combined.
Primary marker: HbA1c reduction, the gold-standard measure of long-term blood sugar control.
Secondary markers: Reduction in weight, waist circumference, blood pressure, medication and improvement in sleep quality.
The phases, pillars, and practices described above represent a general roadmap for the program. The specific practices followed on any given day may vary from what is outlined here, based on individual needs, progress, and guidance from your care team.
If you are currently on medication for diabetes - particularly insulin or other glucose-lowering drugs - please consult your prescribing doctor before starting this program. As your lifestyle and diet shift, your medication needs may change, and this should always be managed under medical supervision.
